Story

The Quality Inn located in Shelburne, Vermont has 73 guest rooms. We are situated just of Interstate 89 on the banks of beautiful Lake Champlain, next to downtown Burlington, the Burlington International Airport and many Vermont attractions, colleges/universities and shopping venues!

The entire hotel was renovated in 2010 and now offers rooms with either two qeen beds or one king with HD TV! We offer a full hot and healthy breakfast daily starting at 6am (kids love the waffle maker), free wireless internet, business center with free copy, fax, and print service, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center.

Clean comfortable AFFORDABLE and great staff and service! You cant ask for more. Highly recommend for those visiting Burlington area. Rooms are very spacious and well kept and breakfast is bountiful and staff will make sure guests have had enough before closing it down even after breakfast listed hours. pool is clean and well maintained. Always have a great stay here

We are very happy with our room. Room is clean and has plenty of space. They also include free hot breakfast buffet with a good variety of food. Fitness center was surprisingly better than what I was expecting. I'd give it 5 stars but there is false advertising about having "Olympic size pool". The pool is decent size but certainly not as advertised.

I gave the Inn 5 stars because of their customer service. The facilities were excellent, but so are other hotels in the area. They have the standard (excellent) Breakfast room run by Julie who is a fount of information about the town and outlying areas. She is so friendly and informative I found myself drawn into the conversations with strangers. When I had some minor trouble with my door lock, the resident mechanic fixed it quickly, taking up where Julie left off recommending places to visit and sites to see. Finally there's the manager Sam who tracked me down to make sure I was satisfied with the door repair.

Arrived early for check in and they were very accommodating. We stayed 3 nights and had no issues with the hotel at all. The breakfast was certainly above average as far as hotel complimentary breakfast goes. The pool and spa were clean and very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It's easily one of the best possible accommodations in the area for the price. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best Quality Inn hotels we stayed at. Making a business trip into a mini family vacation is always a trial. We booked online with Choice and arrived to find out the room information was incorrect. Eve was able to get us into a room that accommodated our family size. Their breakfast was more than I had expected and they kept it very well stocked, even towards the close of the breakfast hours. The pool area is great and the kids definitely enjoyed their time. They have a nice deck area with tables off the indoor pool area. Met the owner, Sam, upon checking out and he is a very nice man. The desk manager, didn't get to catch her name, was great too. All around very impressed!! Only down side, parking fills fast by the buildings, so if you want a good spot close to your room, you need to be there earlier in the day. Their lots are well lit though and I would not be too worried about not being able to see your vehicle from your room. If we ever get called back to VT for work, this hotel will be on list for booking again!!
