Days Inn Colchester Burlington

Comfy bed, noisy place with people who live here short term. At 5:30am the fire alarms blared because someone burned toast in the lobby. It blared for 30 minutes until the fire department could inspect and turn it off. Only stay here if you need to.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, location was excellent to drive to Burlington, room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had enough options for everyone. Our room could have used some touch ups, however overall had a good stay.

Staff was very helpful and nice, but tub had cigarette burn stains from someone having left a cigarette or three burning while in tub, there was a very small cigarette burn circle in our sheet, things seemed a bit beat up in the suite we had for the price. Dented lampshade, lots of chipped paint and chipped up counter edges and such. To be safe I took a couple of pictures in case anyone said any of it was us but it seemed to me it was clear that that had all been like that for years. Probably since whenever they changed laws to where no smoking allowed.. So years. I was shocked to find a cigarette burn hole in a sheet but they don't go over that with a fine tooth comb. Eh. For the price not worth that experience. Again, the staff was very friendly and helpful for everything we needed, our complaints were certainly not their fault, front desk and housekeeping were above and beyond helpful and friendly. Seemed to be old facility and doing what they could with it.

$5 a person to go swimming in their pool ALL DAY! !! even if you don't have a room rented! Its totally awesome! They have a very helpful and respectful staff and rooms at great prices plus there's an amazing Loft/jacuzzi suite for a really cheap price!! My absolute favorite Hotel!!

We stayed for one night and it was the worse hotel room I've ever been to. The carpet was so dirty and old, the chairs and other furniture in the room were so dirty that I refused to sit on them, the curtain had big water stain all over the bottom part, the shower ceiling had a crack right above the shower . Wet towels were left by the poolside from a day before. Just disgusting. The breakfast was the cheapest continental possible! I feel sorry for the staff because its just a few of them in the morning and only one person in the afternoon/night shift and she was running around trying to do as much as she could! we had no choice but to stay there because there was a tornado warning and severe thunderstorm weather. I will never ever stay in this place again!
