Great clothing collection and the staff are so friendly and helpful, Andrea specifically went above and beyond and helped me pick and put together a few outfits!! We’ll definitely be visiting again soon
I went in on the 27th with my boyfriend on a whim. I know of this store and just walked by because I was going to the super store. When I walked in I was greeted by the nice lady with the fashionable glass and short blonde hair. She was near the back. She asked if I needed anything and I said no just browsing. There was another lady in the floor. She was maybe in the 50-60's range. She heard the other sales rep that I didn't need help and came over anyways. She mentioned the 30% off sale which I said thank you too. She continued to stand there and said "do you need to try this on and I said no I'm fine". I was just buying a maxi dress so there's not much to that. The lady with the fashionable glasses and blonde hair had to ask her to come to the cashier stand. Have to admit it was a little awkward waiting. The reason for the one star is she looks at me up and down and says " you didn't try on the dress is this your size". I was already wearing a maxi dress and explained to her you can place fabric on and around your body to see how it fits without trying it on. Never felt I had to confirm my size with ANY clothing store while checking out. She then says "what is your pants size". I annoyingly answer and say a 10. She then looks me up and down and says " hmm yes I feel this should fit you". Then looks at my chest and says it should fit again. Just the judgement in her tone just rubbed me the wrong way. While we're checking out I asked if the discount was applied. She looks at me like how dare I ask that question and says yes. The proceeds ďto school me on the dress is expensive. It's a sale percentage off its a convenience and traffic driver. The way her tone was made me feel I couldn't afford the dress which it just completely out of line. There is so many movements in today's day and age with body positivity, inclusiveity race, sexual orientation, religion. As a black female with curvier physic I tend to hate shopping in stores because unfortunately unpleasant experiences have come with it. Either its the stealer stare, she can't afford it why is she here or the classic I don't want to help her let's give her the cold shoulder. Better yet the great combo of I want to give her the cold shoulder but she looks VERY suspicious so let just stare her down and let her know we feel that way. Seeing my long review means I won't walk into this store with the judegment I felt. I'm tired of feeling that a size 10 is just not it. All sizes are beautiful and women on women judgement is just the worst. Assuming by the tone of voice that it's an expensive purchase is obsurd. I love the dress but will feel annoyed with the history behind it. Reading other reviews it looks like I'm not the first with the issue here. The only thing I wish I could have done to make this visit worth it is compliment the women with the glasses and short blonde hair. Her style looked great and I wish I dealt with her instead
Wife likes shopping here. Staff friendly, store clean and bright. Changing room has a bench, good for the bored husband. Prices reasonable and clothes look decent enough. Don't ask for online help, just order to store if they don't have ... The ladies are too old for the internet. :
When I return items, even the next day, I get attitude from sales staff. This happens especially with online purchases. Policy states that these can be returned at stores. From the way that the store reacts it’s like the clothes are radioactive. Some at this outlet need more training in etiquette, courtesy and pleasant demeanor. There are other places to shop
Very poor customer service. Staff gave a big speech on how sale prices differed in store and online as different managment, then checked price and I was right. No apologies whatsoever.

Had a terrible service the staff was nice but wouldn’t help me resolve my problem. They straight up said no to a return even though it was under the 45 days
