Clean room, both Tanya and Rachel are great at customer service. I'm on vacation for 6 weeks and have found the Red Roof Inns to be consistently good for an overnight stay. Please keep your pet friendly policy as ut is, it was definitely a reason I choose Red Roof Inn.

Online it said that it was a smoke free hotel but in the room I stayed at, there was a cigarette bud on the floor right by the bed. I asked the staff if I could change rooms but they claimed to be full. The smoke smell was extremely strong in the room and it wasn't a good stay overall. The internet also went out for hours.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and wasn't well maintained. The towles provided all had different kinds of hair in them, one even had a blood stain. Beds were okay and the tv was nice. I would shop around for other offerings in the area because this didn't feel like a good value.

Prices are good, close to lots of restaurants & freeway. Needs some updating & paint. Housekeeping is terrible- doorframe & wall next to bathroom are disgusting, I dont even want to guess about it!

Redroof in on Miller Road is a great place to visit. They have plenty of perks such as they provide many rooms, free wifi, there are fridges and flat-screen TV in every room. The staff here are Amazing, Helpful and Warm. They also have an ice machine, microwave and laundry right on site. RedRoof is in a great location as well, you are literally in walking distance of a plethora options. Places such as Speedway, Bob Evans, Sky Zone and in and on. If the local surrounding area doesn't have what you are looking for, RedRoof is located in a very convenient Bus route. All in all a great place to visit whether just one night or weekly, I Rate this exact establishment with a 5.
