I just checked in it’s 4:30am because I needed a quick nap so I could keep driving. The staff was friendly and precise. Then I get to my room and it is lackluster to say the least. I bring my items in, then go to the bathroom. As I flush the toilet a MOUSE ran over my foot. Now I can’t sleep and am upset. I’m really questioning the cleanliness of this room. It also smells very heavily of smoke and cleaner.

Location in Google was good, parking lot was not plowed and my car got stuck. Staff was nice. Rooms were okay but not the best. Could be cleaner then they were. Need to be plowed better as well.

Wanting to have a fun weekend with the family, I tried their suite which rents for $124 a night; what a mistake it was! First off, half the lights didn't work. Ok, I guess we'll watch some TV, or not, because the remote control doesn't work for either TV and there's no buttons on the sets! Maintenance was so helpful too, an hour later! Then I decide to try out the jacuzzi tub, until I saw the layer of filth in it. And finally, after accepting the stay was a big mistake, I was just ready to get some rest. I unfold the sleeper only to find out there's no bedding at all for it! Needless to say, it was the worst stay I ever had. I only give two stars because a very helpful worker tried her best to apologise for the horrible stay, but I highly recommend using the red roof inn just up the road. Unfortunately, red roof was booked full on this particular evening.

The first day I came I was amazed at how happy-go-cherry the front desk clerk was. The prices are very affordable, and I like the layout and space much better than Knight's Inn a little up the road. The rooms I've been in so far have been mostly clean, except for one. In Rm 263 found a bed bug in the bathroom, and a big roach was crawling in there. Noticed there was some boric powder in the crevices of the wall and floor by the refrigerator. Reported it immediately and was given a better room. Don't count much on service concerning housekeeping. If you need something you have to call up to the front desk to ask. Maintanance is on call. I haven't seen not one police vehicle here so far, and is mostly quiet. Also, if you're not afraid of spirits...there is one in Rm 264. There was unexplainable noises coming from the picture above the bed nearest to the door. Took a pic of my son and caught an image of a woman right in front of the mirror, so I have proof.... I just dropped my rating as of today 3-29-18 due to just finding out that my family were put on some sort of "Do not rent to" list saying we owe a $25 late fee debt, and they don't want us on the property....The messed up part was that nobody ever told us that upfront, and we heard it through somebody else that was there that we were familiar with who heard it in while they were in the office... smh. We have been there several times, and not once had anyone told us this while checking in. So I guess we won't be going back, because until somebody can show us an ACTUAL POLICY that shows that then they won't get it. Oh, and they try to rent to you rooms that you tell them you don't want due to reasons like ones mentioned above, even though YOU are the one actually paying for the room.. We have been very clean guests, and even helping the housekeepers out by stripping the sheets, and taking out our own garbage before we leave. So there it is everyone. This is how it is. Update: 4/19/18...It turned out from the last situation that there wasn't a late fee. Instead, my kid's father misunderstood something the manager said concerning payment arrange-ments. So I paid the $25. However, I am still not to happy about how everything went down of how I had to find that out, but it's handled. I am a pretty fair person, and so I rate this place an extra star. For the price to be low, it isn't too bad. The staff members try to work with you by being understanding and helpful. Also, mostly the rooms are clean. However, just make sure you do a thourough check in your assigned room. Like in 415 there are ants in here. It was said there had been complaints about ants lately, but this is the only room in which I have seen them.

Stayed one night. Sunday special. Room was not bad. Bed was comfy staff was polite only issue I had was the toilet ran every 10 min. Room could have used some fresh paint and a newer tv. But for the price it was a nice night's rest.
