So far it's good. The beds feel great the shower was awesome. The workout room could have used a better machine but it gets the job done. The only two things i noticed and they certainly not deal breakers was the internet. The connection would drop randomly,but that could have been do to the number of guest. Second was the smell I'm used to. The last best western i was at had some machine in the lobby and it filled the area area with this aroma that I'll never forget. This one didn't have that. I'll definitely choose this over some of the others I've been in.

Excellent services , friendly staff, wonderful food and super clean all at one stop! The Best Western on Hill Road! I only booked for three nights but service was awesome I decided to stay two more nights, instead of staying in Chicago to finish my work load. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Thanks to the cleaning staff. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful, when it comes to booking and rate changes. The pool area is neat, clean and very safe for kids. I can’t leave off the SUPER breakfast staff. Every morning I was looking forward to breakfast, for the wonderful food to the sweet company of the breakfast staff, right there to assist in any way needed. Thanks everyone for making my visit here in Flint a wonderful one.

My returning stay for the second time was yet another pleasant one. Clean rooms, clean pool. Only downside is that the traffic from highway is a bit noisy during the day, but nothing the tv volume can't help! Breakfast is always tip top! Hot eggs, scrambled or boiled, hot bacon or sausage. Waffle maker with toppings and mix ins! Muffins, bagels, toast. Juices, coffee, they even have an option for almond milk! Not to mention FREE, What's not to love. Thank u Best Western!

Good comfortable bed, nice amenities and superior breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Elevator to the second floor. Everything looks recently renovated. Note that the rooms closer to the highway may filter in some noise, didn’t bother us thanks to ear buds. I recommend and would gladly come back.

Within 2 months we stayed here for the third time. While travelling between Toronto and Chicago, it's an excellent stop. Friendly and professional people at the counter and with breakfast. A comfortable room, good bed, very clean and an excellent internet connection. A lot of variety with breakfast and of good quality. Easy access from the highway, but not too noisy. Restaurants in the neighborhood, such as Applebee's.
