I booked a king room with a pull out sofa (capacity of 5 people. 2 adults and 3 children.) There were only 4 total pillows in the room. When I asked for additional pillows I was told there were none available. I was offered a blanket to roll up and use as a pillow. I found this unacceptable! Additionally, every door in the room was VERY squeaky so when someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night it woke everyone up. Also, the front desk called my room at 11:15pm. We were all in bed so I didn't make it to the phone in time to answer. Within 3 minutes, a staff person knocked on my room door and stated she "received a complaint of noise and kids running around"  I told her to try the room next door because we were all lying down already. She said she was going there next. This scared the kids and was so rude! For that reason alone, I will never stay here again. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff was very nice, the room was spacious and clean and breakfast was good. This room cost $180 for 1 night. In my opinion, it wasn't worth it to be treated this way. We will stay elsewhere in the future!

I attended a seminar here and our conference room was well-lit, modern, and clean. The entrance, bathrooms, and corridor were modern and clean as well. The compliments coffee bar was a nice addition to round off a pleasant visit! Close to the highway and other amenities.

Excellent housekeeping, very clean rooms with attention to detail. A very friendly front desk staff, with a smooth seamless check-in process. Location is directly off US-23 and 75.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They really know how to make you feel like you're visiting family instead of just a hotel.

Did the park and fly. Could not have been more satisfied. Very clean. David and other staff were great. Pool (heated) and hot tub were superb.
