We are conveniently located off of I475 in Flint, MI. There are numerous amounts of restaurants in our surrounding area. Also, there are a varity of entertainment spots.

Products

We also have 2 conference rooms available for rent. The first is a smaller one, that has 1 large meeting table and can hold up to 15 people. The second, is a large room that can hold up to 45 people. The larger room can be set up as you wish. We have tables and chairs to do so. Both rooms have white boards and sink areas.

Giving three stars because the location is older.. My room was clean but the carpet was old, stained and had a clothes iron burn spot. There was a chair near the jacuzzi that was old and stained, not something I wanted to sit in.. On the other hand my coworker had a room with updated carpet, this could be something they are working on updating one room at a time. The Hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating.

Better be careful booking with them. They will give your room away and act like they have no idea what happened even when you book weeks in advance with a confirmation number. I would not recommend a holiday inn to a single person i know.

I have to travel to Flint for a series of trainings spanning over 8 weeks. My first visit was for 2 nights. When I first entered the hotel it had an old smell to it, made me nervous wasn't sure what to expect. My room was on the 4th floor. It was nicer than I had expected. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Staff was pretty friendly. The second time I visited I was on the 3rd floor. Room was seriously outdated and small. Stains on the carpet. Didn't feel as clean as my first room. I ended up getting a massive migraine and wandered downstairs to ask if there was any Excedrin or anything available. Staff pointed me to a vending machine that didn't have much in it. Staff did not suggest any local areas to pick up some, so I was really disappointed in my interaction with them this time. I ended up going to bed early. Will definitely plan better next time but staff should have at least directed me to a nearby location to get something since they could tell I was in serious pain. I return in May. I hope my next visit will be better.

I’ve Been Blessed Again...I Travel A Lot For Business And I’ve Stayed In All The Star Rated Hotels...And This Holiday Day Inn Express(Campus Area) Has Again Gone Far And Beyond The Expected Service & Accommodations. From Checking In, I Was Greeted With Such Professionalism And Genuine Enthusiasm And Warmth From The Front Deak Staff. Very Refreshing After Long Drive And Work Day...To The Maintenance Staff, To The Housekeeping Staff To The Very Joyful & Accommodating Person That Takes Great Pride In Providing A Great Breakfast For So Many Different Wants And Tastes From All The Many Different Groups Of Hungry Travelers. The Hotel And The Rooms Are Very Clean...The Beds And Pillows Were Above Anyone’s Standards. Slept Very Well And Woke Up Rested And Ready For Work. We were in town for a concert so we didn't really spend much time in our room or at the Hotel. However, once we were in room for longer than an hour to get ready, we realized our room was actually quite dirty. I had made reservations almost 2 weeks prior, but when we checked in the front desk had to make sure the room was "ready"... There was a Keurig in our room that was absolutely disgusting..I attempted to make a cup of coffee in the a.m. and it came out looking like bad motor oil. The staff was extremely friendly though, and the express checkout they offer was very convenient.
