Went here kinda late to check out the place, grab some grub, and watch the Seahawks. The place has general seating in front and the lounge in back. I got the chicken fried steak and a sampler appetizer. Was hoping to get the appetizer first then followed by the main dish, but oh well, they both came out at the same time. They were both well cooked and flavorful for me to not dislike it. This place is way better than Denny's and has more characters. For a 24/7 diner in the northwest, this isn't bad and pleasantly affordable.
Chicken fried steak was pretty satisfying and filling! Perfect amount of gravy and hash browns were great as well. Customer service experience was okay, went around 8pm and it wasn't too busy which was nice. I do like that it's open 24 hours!Dine in: YesDelivery: Yes
Very friendly waitress, good prices, and generously sized portions. The atmosphere and good service are really what makes Dons a great place to go. If you're looking for an uncomplicated, quaint, 1980s feeling place choose Don's. It's a nice way to visit America from a better and simpler time....Food: 3/5
First time ever going here and they did not disappoint. Pictured below are the cheese fries, stuffed jalapeños, and their fish and chips. Portions were a lot more than we were expecting but it was a very welcome surprise. I think this may become a regular after work food place for me. Especially the cheese fries.
Local diner open late. It's average food at average prices. Staff is nice and usually...informal for a lack of words. I've had the executive club a couple of times and it's been presented in a number of ways...Definitely not a fine dining experience...which is fine because you don't go to Don's for fine dining. I would say it's like a local Denny's? Don's is usually an experience lol. I've had food dropped on me, odd characters ask me odd questions, sometimes good service sometimes not. It is a decent local alternative to fast food and a place to sit at night.

I was driving home from Seattle early in the morning and discovered this diner looking for a 24h restaurant that wasn’t McD’s. I wanted to be cautious walking into a diner in a new town at 5 am, but the staff here was welcoming and I got a good vibe from the small handful of fellow early-morning patrons. They made some decaf coffee for me free refills and I ordered the French toast. Very eggy French toast but that’s a good thing to me! Thick and fluffy slices of bread. It was plain and simple but exceeded expectations and hit the spot. Affordable prices as you’d hope for at a diner.
UPDATE : I went to Don's again and I had the eggs Benedict. It was the very best eggs Benedict. I told the waitress if I could have the yolks cooked lightly so they would be like a sunny side up eggs and the cook did that for me and they were so good. -- I like to stop and have breakfast at Dons. It is a nice place to sit and relax and the food is always very good. The waitresses are always nice. I especially like the ham and cheese omelette and the eggs Benedict.
Didn't dine in the main restaurant. Dined in the bar. They have a $6.99 bar menu with drink purchase. Great selection of food and drinks. Friendly staff.Food: 5/5
Is this place high class? No. Is this the greasy spoon I was craving? Yes. They are open 24 hours. The staff is very attentive. The food is good, comes out quick and is hot. Everyone here seems kind It seems like every kind of person is welcome here and that is a good thing. I will be back.
