Red Lobster

In Canada first time I am trying Red Lobster. I took ultimate feast comprise of shrimp, lobster and snow crabs and grilled scallop. Food was tasty, fresh. Service was excellent. I did not give five stars only for price. I think it is expensive compare to food quantity and quality wise.

The atmosphere is good and the customer service is very good. Staff is really nice and the servers always come by to check up on how things are. The manager also comes by to make sure all is well. As for the food, mostly it's great but sometimes the lobster is more on the soggy side. Some of the seafood is naturally salty, so if they add more salt to the dish it would be too salty. The biscuits are by far the best I've had and I like how you can ask them for more to take away . Endless shrimp is also an event you must check out. Overall I would recommend it to others.

From the atmosphere, to the waiters and waitresses, and the food, it was a positive memorable experience. Shout out to Lidia our waitress. She was super friendly, funny, and knowledagble about the menu. She took care of us and we had an amazing time. The food was fantastic. The biscuits were warm and tasty quite soft actually. Got the Seaside Shrimp Trio so good and a great balance of variety!, and Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms. Absolutely delicious! Reasonable price I think for one person and definetly filling. In this location they have a tablet where we sat close to the window, and you can pay from the tablet as one bill or split evenly. Had a great time. Parking: Plenty of parking around the area

I have not been to red lobster since I was a child many many years ago and this place was 100x better than I remembered. Good affordable prices for sea food and staff were great with my small fussy Children. Clean spacious dining room and just A great place for families! Ordered Thursday's daily deal - dinner for two. Had an excellent experience. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and even after the drive home, the food was still a great temperature. The pick up order was ready on time. The biggest plus was the price, what a deal! I will definitely visit again.

Food was good but it could be better. Service was excellent. We enjoyed our time there and the server was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Restaurant was a bit busy but we still had great service.

I love this place, we had a great server her name is Kimberly she was super nice and patient with us when ordering. The food was on point everything was perfectly done. She even brought this ice cream to celebrate my birthday. It was really great to know that you can use the new Presto machine they have to just pay and go and you do not have to wait for your server to get the cheque. I totally recommend this place.

I went for the first time to Mississauga location on Burnhamthorpe and I was happily surprised. Server was AMAZING, she was so kind and knowledgeable about the menu and suggested some dishes and also featured drinks. We need more people like Tonya! Food was delicious, flavourful, good presentation and good quantity. I will definitely go again! Location needs a bit of an attention, some painting here and there to make it a bit up to date.

Haven't been to a Red Lobster in over a decade and I decided to have some lunch with my father. It was like stepping back in time, same decor with some new high tech table top entertainement / ordering at each of the tables. We were quickly sat and our server was awesome Elise. Her demeanor and service level is excellent. The reason for a 3 star review was the speed of service in her defence she was busy with high maintenance tables/ parties Food quality....hmmm... accpetable. Cheddar biscuits are awesome. I could eat these all day. Appitzers were very oily. Entrees were tasty but my alfredo pasta had so much oil at the bottom of the plate..it was quite hard to eat. Portion sizes were very generous and in some cases excessive. Thanks to the awesome service and friendly staff...3 stars

Pros: - Exceptional quality. - Even the crispy fried sprouts are amazing. - Unique finds. Cons: A little too expensive for a chain seafood restaurant.
