Red House Bakery

I just love this place. Their pastries and buns are incredible, but, what makes this place extra special is their egg tarts, they are to die for. It's been while since I've eaten them as I now follow a WFPB diet, but, I miss them so much. The tart shell is incredibly buttery and super, super flaky. The custard filling is lightly sweetened and is velvety smooth and not eggy tasting at all. I've had Chinese egg tarts aplenty, but, none compare to these egg tarts. You won't be disappointed, trust me. They, also, serve Hong Kong style tea, which is a must try. Get it made with evaporated milk, I'd you drink dairy, it's so good. It's good black, also, but better with the evaporated milk. All their other buns are also great such as their pineapple coconut bun, it's delicious as is the red bean paste bun...I miss them all!

Great service and good quality, fresh cakes. Ordered 2 cakes the morning of and it was ready for pickup by early afternoon. Also received good care with the packaging and presentation of the cakes. Staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived.

I've ordered several cakes from this bakery for birthdays and I have ordered several different flavors. I have never been disappointed. My favorite flavor would have to be the chestnut flavor cream. However like I said, I have had several different flavors but that 1 hands down is my favorite. The staff is polite and I have never had any issues with my order not being ready or not being what I exexpected it to be. I have placed an Order for a cake Up to a week and a 1/2 in advance and I was 100% satisfied. They will ask for a deposit on pre-orders which will depend on the total cost of your order but I was totally ok with this as it gave me some sense of security knowing that they would not dissappint me and it reassured me that my order woukd be ready when I picked it up. I will always order a cake from this location especially for a special Occasion like my daughter's upcoming birthday again and for her confirmation in the New Year. Pineapple bun is my favorite !!

Good prices and good flavour. Cash only I think. Bakery side is really good. Hong Kong cold tea very good. If you don't speak Chinese it feels that they don't care much if you are there or not. Not so friendly staff and they only talk to each other. But don't be bother by it. Just grab and get what you need and get out.

Great, affordable, fresh daily, egg tarts and sweet stuffed coconut bun.

It's like any other Chinese bakery store but there 2 things which I like most from here is #1 the egg tart and #2 the fresh cream bun. These two are my favourites.

Yesterday I bought the coconut cocktail bun and paper wrapped cake there. The bun was so good! Lots of coconut inside, it totally reminds me of Hong Kong, wake up today and want to go back to the bakery to get more^.^ The cake is very good and spongy too!

This is my favourite asian bakery. Their egg tarts, pies, mango cakes are really good. Love the egg tarts. Really fresh and cheap. They have a selection of cookies too and buns. Buns are ok, can't say they're the best. I really like the simple, light sugar covered donut though
