There are very delicious fish and chips here, as well as very fresh salmon, grilled tortilla shells and the best skin-on chips I have ever tasted. This is the best afternoon tea in this small place. At the port, you won't smell the strong smell of the sea. You can sit here and watch the sunset with your family and friends and spend a very leisurely afternoon.

Hands down the best fish and chips I've ever had in my life! Go! It is a must. Wait in line. You will not regret it. Thick pieces of halibut fish, so good! Pricey but so good. Get the 2 piece minimum. Order the chowder while you're at it. It is also the best and most flavorful chowder I've ever had in my life. It's a tad spicy, and I love spicy! The wait was not bad at all it was about 20 to 30 minutes. They have canned soda for purchase. Tartar sauce and ketchup pumps on the side of the stand. There are not too many seats in the shaded area, so start looking for people leaving to snag a spot. Definitely recommend!

Went to the wharf in Victoria British Columbia for lunch. We were admiring the waterfront and stumbled upon the Red fish Blue fish restaurant on the dock.nnRight away we noticed all the outdoor seating and a line of both locals and travelers. The line was well organized and a menu was available for helping make decisions on ordering before you got to the ordering window.nnThe line moved quickly and the counter staff were cheerful and helped us with any questions we had even making suggestions as to what was most popular.nnThe prices were in line with other local eateries, but the portions and freshness of the entrees and sides were spectacular.nnWe got the chowder, and two Cod filets with some slaw and fries. The fish batter was perfectly done and was crispy through the duration of the meal.nnThey have a selection of condiments and silverware on the side counter.nnI recommend the malted vinegar as the tartar sauce was quite salty. The coleslaw was excellent and the fries were perfect.nnI highly recommend this place for a quick bite and enjoyable view of the waterfront.nnIt’s located right next to all the whale watching tour boats and the BC Express water plane docks. You can watch planes coming and going as they perform water landings and take offs.nnI’ll be back

It’s paired with thin-cut fries that are just as satisfying. The soup was also a standout, a bit spicy, rich and flavorful, adding to an already amazing meal.nnThe location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water next to the seaplane airport that make the wait more bearable, though the line can get pretty long—we waited about 30 minutes. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the quality of the food makes it worth every penny.nnOne downside: they did charge nearly $2 for an extra side of tartar sauce, which feels a bit steep. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

Hands down the best fish and chips I've ever had in my life. We ordered one of each fish for the fish and chips and everything tasted amazing. The fish taco also did not disappoint. Very commonly fish and chips places will mess up one or the other. Red Fish Blue Fish perfected both the taste of the fish and the chips. The wait will be long every hour of the day but it is for sure worth the wait.
