Flying Otter Grill

The food is really nice and staff is very much accommodating with requests. Fried cheese cake is a must. I was there to celebrate new years. And it was one of the best dining experience. I wish them all the success.

will go back for beer and view. Go for the wings. halibut burger portion was too small. lettuce was brown and mushy. gluten free option is appreciated. beer prices adequate during happy hour. curious if uniform standards are blatantly sexist or just the servers choice. (Please put some flavor into the hot sauce. I like places that add butter and chili peppers to sauce.)

Went during the dine around promotion. It used to be a great place, but each course was just okay. Some things were gross. Dessert was fine.

Been there few times and love the food! Friendly and accommodating staff for sure and it was good idea to take vistors from overseas there. I also love flying beaver in Richmond. Cheers

Food was good. Staff members should be trained to bring the right amount of side plates needed when the dish is being shared before the meal arrives to the table. They should be told to address 2 or more women as ladies not guys. Some women may find this phrase as an insult or offensive. I have worked in the industry for 30 years and have always addressed customers appropriately.
