Real Canadian Superstore

Went in to get a copy of a receipt I had lost the top half of, but kept the bottom portion with the bar code. Had to explain to three people what had happened and why I needed it. When I finally got the copy I was told that she (the customer service representative) will do it this time, but not to make a habit of it. I don't go around losing receipts on purpose, and I don't need attitude about it. I went to three other stores and didn't have any issues with my other missing receipt tops. Definitely won't go there again. Go to the South Common Superstore instead, the people are a lot nicer.

Always has a great selection of produce. Although I am a bit disappointed they are no longer carrying the gluten free fresh pasta. Although checkout usually is quick, it's really hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help. Overall though, best priced chain grocery store.

I'm a big fan of this Superstore location. They have plenty of selection for everything and all of the staff work hard to keep the store in order. The cashiers are friendly and seem to be loving what they do which is nice to see. I can always find what I want in a short amount of time and I'm promptly out of the store!

Typical super store experience. I find checkout long on weekends. I would advise to go on early weekends or mid-week during the day. I find the fresh fruits and vegetables selection to be hit or miss, quality-wise. Definitely competitive with prices. ‎I do like the location and staff seem friendly but customer service is the worst attribute here. They don't employ enough people. I always have to go chase one done. As well, the Customer Service counter is always closed before the store is. Generally, a clean and tidy store but please stop rearranging it! Lots of free parking. Grocery pickup and a liquor store.

Good place for A-Z shopping. Reasonably priced. Good customer service. Pc points can be used towards buying groceries or clothing. The international isle has almost all essential stuff. I would rather go to superstore instead of spending double the price in other store.
