This is the worst branch I ever visit. Twice I update my personal information and every time I visit to deposit cheque they asked me to show photo ID and update my personal info. when I said I already updated with passport because my licence is expired, the manager work in Sunday asked me are you driving without licence. I am just stunned with that question and personally I felt violated because I am a person of colour and that explain how they see person of colour. Multiculturalism is not putting workers from all over the places it is about practicing equality and treating every one equal. I am with RBC almost 18 years and never experience this but now thinking about changing bank.

Worst experience ever. I've come here twice and both times, two different employees took time doing what I asked them to do. They look at everything on your account just to judge you, one asked why I have a credit line, why I have a lot of money in my account. I did not come there to get scrutinized. If you're colored its even worse, they put whatever funds you deposit on hold assuming your associated with fraudulent activity. I've even had a teller try and sneak $20 for my father twice and convince him that he did not count properly when really they placed the 20 on the side and said, "I forgot about that sorry". I love RBC, and it will forever be my number 1 bank, however, not this location, EVER!!

Good branch, but the personal account products are limited and the bank's offers are not competitive.

RBC in general is a good bank especially with their service. Only issue is that they are not as consistent as other banks. I had stopped by this branch once and the service that was provided was exceptional. Other branches should learn from this branch.
