I wish I could leave a negative review but will settle for a 1 star rating. I went here on 2 occasions to pick up a replacement card that was sent to this branch in error. The first time I visited to collect the card the representative could not find it. I was told I would receive a call the next day to let me know what time to come by, as the card was already overdue and would be delivered by UPS the next morning.
The next day there was no call, in the afternoon after I had called them numerous times with no answer I reached out to the Contact Centre which assured me the card was there, so I went directly to the branch. Again they were not able to locate the card so I again reached out to the Contact Centre, I was left standing at the Customer Service desk for over half hour by John while on hold for the TD contact centre. I have been a TD client with a home branch in Mississauga for many years. This is my first experience with this location and this gentleman made me feel very awkward and like a fool when left standing with no assistance for that length of time. He did not propose solutions but rather left me to figure things out on my own with the phone representative. He did not suggest that I have a seat, or come into his office.
At my business I have worked to ensure that the customer experience is always a positive one for over 20 years - for every person that walks in the door, no matter the issue. I believe in treating people the way you wish to be treated.
I will do my very best to avoid interactions with this location in future.
