Made an appointment with Heraa Shakil to open an account and I can say the entire transaction was nothing short of excellence! It makes a great difference who you're dealing with when it comes down to your financial needs. Heraa did an outstanding job being fast, efficient and attentive. A definite recommendation!

Been with cibc forever and have met a lot of tellers and advisers over the years. The tellers here are always nice and they do their best when it gets busy so koodos to them for working so hard! Had to open some savings accounts and Ive been dealing with Heraa Shakil, shes so kind, honest,  and helpful. Shes made everything super easy for me and I would definitely continue seeing her for all my banking needs. Would recommend her to everyone!

Worst cibc branch ever!!! Tellers work there can't speak English properly. There really slow.
I had to wait 1 hour to get to the teller. Even the tellers there don't have much knowledge either. Unfortunately I live near this bank location. This location ruining cibc's name
