Worst experience ever. I wonder how RBC was ranked 1st by JD power something. Nothing has changed. No customer service to pick up the phone. No voice mail service. No staff directory to redirect the call. I don't how they do the business. When you walk into the bank no one will welcome you and have to wait for at least 20 minutes to be served. All branches in Markham are the same. No sign of professionalism. 
Waste of time.

Staff was very helpful, took over an hour and multiple calls to multiple departments they finally got my problem solved.

Great Customer Service ! All the staff are really pleasant to deal with. They go above and beyond  to help the clients.
