BMO Bank of Montreal

I usually go there for ATM only. Not wanna deal with tellers. Once in a while, i may have to when the machines are down. The tellers are usually fine. More than a year ago, i tried communicating with some account manager, after opening one account at this branch, however, probably not a VIP customer and new to her, she did not follow up, so i will not take any initiative with this branch.

Awesome 10 stars. I just opened my account online today and BMO website wants me to visit this branch. I just get in here for remaining procedure so I just met one of their best of best employee named “ELLA YINER CHE” she really helped me out very well, I really appreciated to her she was so loving caring and best in customer care & conversation, that was one of my best experience ever with her & BMO.

Terrrible service and very slow. Tellers don’t even know how to understand English let alone draw up a bank draft!

Branch phone number doesn't work. No one will pick up the calls and you'll be directed to a mailbox that's full and cannot accept messages. Absolutely ridiculous. To speak to someone at the branch you will need to visit the branch. Basically, there is no customer service unless you go to the branch.

Do not use this branch. Horrible service, often under staffed, long line up for the teller. Tellers seem like they lack adequate training because they often need assistance or have to 'check' with the manager.
