13 year with RBC but when came to this brunch they behave like we never seen you before. Unprofessional and not competitive service. Prefer to deal with other Banks.

New staff are unfriendly and without motivation to provide service. Seem to feel banking with them is a privilege for you rather than beneficial to them that you have chosen to bank with them. Looking at other banking options tonight.
