I can only have words of gratitude for the Compass community, they have made me feel welcome and safe with kindness, not to mention how delicious their food is and coffee, I love their coffee in the morning haha. May God bless you and fill you with light their lives just as they did for my family and me in the most difficult moments, they seriously deserve heaven.
I can't show enough gratitude to The Compass and their staff for all they do in the community. I was recently at their fundraising walk, and got to meet not only clients, but the staff and volunteers there. Food banks, like Compass, are a staple in communities now, and Compass is doing an absolutely amazing job assisting those who need it. Times are hard for all.nI will gladly support The Compass in any way I can, as I have seen first hand just how amazing their team is and how much good they do.
Very disappointed todaynThe lady at food desk Betty has been very Mean today . I witnessed Her 3 times at the same table and people .nTargeted a few people and not being caring .nVery heart felt very sad to see .nPlease stop this behaviour towards the homeless please
This has been the most despicable and disappointing addition to the area bringing the most sketchiest people and criminals congregating all around the Lakeshore and Cawthra area. I unfortunately need to pass by several times daily and two sketchy hunched over men were peeking into my car at metro and trying to press the buttons on my car door to enter. Needless to stay, I had to stand with heavy groceries to wait until they left.nnFurther more, used needles keep being found in the local school playground and kids that go to school in the area often have to witness drug addicts shooting up in the surrounding streets on their way to and from school. The Revus plaza entrance has now been blocked off due to a rise in criminal activity and visible drug use in the passage way with needles always strewn around.nnI’ve lived in the area for almost 4 years and this has been the worst thing to ever happen.nnI know it won’t, but I hope this gets cleaned up soon. Police are always around, but it only seems to worsen as time goes on. I feel bad for the children and teens who need to witness this awful scene in our otherwise great neighborhood.
