I completely agree with Sharbani Roy. I had also visited the Mississauga Branch for activating my Hello Canada Account. Yes staff is very pleasant, polite, professional and well-spoken. Infact, I was there 'At the Eleventh Hour' but still Mr. Sahil Aggarwal, Financial Service Officer, served me and helped me in all my concerns. I am really thankful to him and the bank for making me as comfortable as I was in my home country INDIA. Thanks once again ICICI Bank for everything you have done for me from INDIA to CANADA.

Garbage, they hold your pay until 7 AM. all my colleagues receive it at 12 AM exactly. When you call them and ask them, they say "We deposit your money as soon as we receive it" Last weekend was Canada Day, i get paid every Friday early morning supposedly, they held my pay until today (Tuesday) so thats about 5 days. Their weekends are Sunday and Monday for some unknown reason which i have never seen a bank in Canada or any business with similar business days. Dont waste your time. Go to a major Canadian bank and you'll have much less headaches.

Visited this branch of ICICI bank recently. Very pleasant staff at counters. The staff member who served me was efficient, polite, professional and well-spoken. Got all my work at the bank sorted out without any hassles whatsoever (I went prepared with all paperwork). Keep it up! And thank you.

Very slow. 3 employees, 1 customer? Average wait will still be 10-15min. Take a number even if you are the ONLY customer. Deposited thousands of dollars in cash, please accept a hand written receipt, there are not printed receipts here so hope there are no errors. Not very reassuring. Lastly, prudent Indian manager discriminates against young people and Canadians. Would not let me deposit money when I was waiting on new driver's licence despite having: health card, sin card, credit cards, etc. every other piece of ID plus my expired license and renewal slip. Something tells me if I were a bit older or didn't wear a baseball cap I wouldn't have had so much trouble.

About to close my account. Every transaction takes over a week to process. Wheather its clearing a check, receiving an emt or paying an online bill. Staff are slow and anything outside of the most routine transaction is a hold up then a categorical "no" answer. If you lose your debit card enjoy waiting for your new one to be mailed, the branch cant help you with that. They asked the source of a cash deposit. When I said personal savings they insisted that I declare it as income. More recently, I had to get a stamped emt form. They didnt know what kind of stamp every single bank in Canada uses and insisted on using an address stamp which caused the other institution to reject the form. This is so routine but they are clueless.
