Not sure what's with all the negative reviews for this branch. It's my local TD location and I've never had a bad experience that I can recall. The lines (if there are lines) move quickly, the staff is perfectly friendly and they attend to my banking needs without trying to sell me any unnecessary products or services. Perhaps people are coming in with sour looks on their faces and receive the same in return, I don't know. I walk in with a friendly smile and receive the same in kind. No complaints and I'm happy to bank here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gives TD bank a bad name. I usually experience good if not excellent customer service at TD locations. I believe this one is just poorly managed. It’s too bad this area only has one TD.

Had a terrible time dealing with this branch - kept going back as I thought it would get better but was left disappointed every time. Felt like I was a nuisance - especially to the customer service "greeter" when you first walk in

I've been a long time customer of TD Canada Trust, having moved a few times I have had a few "home" branches and I would have rated them 5 stars!! It was a customer experience in complete contrast to what I am experiencing since moving to Port Credit last November. Because I have a business I have been their frequently so this is not isolated. This demonstrates that localized cultures of large companies can go rogue on the promise their brand makes to their customers. The attitude is insincere and unprofessional. Sadly I now reflect that as a customer there, simply having to walk in there puts me in a bad mood. I am trying to reach to District Manager to discuss this.
