I Had an awful experience at this branch. I would say it was the worst that no one would believe it. Never go to this branch again. So sorry for Scotiabank as these employees at this branch are literally destroying its brand.

Wow. I couldnt believe the level of services they provided me. I will never go there again. I wanted to withdraw cash from my account. I went there in person and was told that I had to reserve the cash and would get it in two days. I did that. When I went after 2 days, I was told that my home branch had a hold on the cash and it would take 24 hours for me to get the cash. When I went there after 24 hours, they said they forgot to order / reserve the cash as they were unsure if I would come to collect the cash. I was shocked at the level of incompetence they showed in dealing with this small issue. I will never go to this branch. They made me go there twice for nothing. Shocking customer service. Wow!!
