I have been here for last two year's and always a great service. Counter staffs are fast in taking care of the needs and the wait time is less comparing to the RBC in eglinton and hwy10. Keep up your customer service... Good job.

Horrible service, no direct line for general questions. No one knows anything and the wait time is more than 15 minutes. How can an organization be a partner to run a Toy Drive for Christmas yet no one knows anything? 

I'm currently not with RBC, will never be... simply because if I'm a client and can't reach anyone if I need help. 

To be quite honest, if RBC doesn't want to provide customer service. I'm sure someone else will

Over the past three years, great service, great people.  They helped me with mortgage, credit cards, personal loan, and line of credit.  Made moving to Canada easy.  Moving back to the States, and will miss this branch.

Very bad service, try to go any other branch these people make life very
hard for everyone. WILL NEVER GO THERE 
I went to Deposit chq from lawyer to my mom account and they said 
it had to be certified than i told its okey you can put 5 working day hold but they
flatly refused also my mom account is in brilliant status never had anything wrong.

surprise that they think everyone is crook but in real. person things of same as they are.
