RBC Royal Bank

It seems that there is a constant need for more tellers and there doesn't seem to be much sense of urgency in servicing clients quickly which is frustrating as it shows a lack of respect for peoples time. I hope that this can be improved to make banking here easier! The staff are friendly though which does make the experience more pleasant.

The service is very poor and the wait is so long, they spend more time chatting with customers than the actual work, yes being friendly to your customers is fine but when you spark a 30 mins conversation over a two mins work you need to go!!! Bad bad bad place ( trumps voice)

This has got to be one of the worst RBC branches I've ever been to, who runs this place? The tellers are always so slow even though the line is super long, they are always chatting with customers and not doing much work, it really makes people waiting in line extremely frustrated as it shows a lack of respect for people's time. On top of that, the person sitting at the front is never there when I go, and a few of their "financial advisors" are very rude and condescending.

Terrible service would not recommend RBC to anyone opening a new account. I have waited months after months for a client card and they still haven't issued to create it after I've gone to the branch several times and discussed this issue on the phone.

Never picks up the phone. There's no point in calling. Also, I had changed to unlimited banking for payments purposes from student account, but the $300 limit is still on the account. I had visited on multiple occasions to sort it out, and the manager claimed to have solved the issue, but to this date the limit set on my account is $300 (while paying required monthly fee). RBC has been terrible service. Definitely changing my bank.
