Vrunda is amazing. Excellent excellent customer service. She sets the standards high The gentleman at the front desk was amazing too but I didn't get his name. I came on September 15/17 around 11 AM. I wish I could make this one my home branch.

i had very good experience with this branch, staff is amazing , helpful, and they have really dedication to their job. I am living in Brampton but i always prefer to go in this branch because of excellent service.

Terrible service, waited 3 weeks for a business LOC, to hear back from a woman who works 1.5 days a week. We disclosed all information at signing and she still managed to forget what was discussed and continually mixed up my information with my co-applicant. Worst of all she f-up'ed some information with Equifax and told me to contact them? Funny, I have a home and an investment property a good job a mortgage and pristine credit and have never had to contact Equifax for ANYTHING in my entire life..... How is this even possible? (BTW Been a TD customer my whole life and yet my mortgage is with CIBC for a similar reason from 3 years ago. Pity......)

This branch is my favorite. Love the people here and the culture is great. Staff is very friendly and they always wow their clients with legendary experience.
