Most unprofessional branch I have visited , employees doesn’t care about the customer … we met with representatives name Jeremy , first he made us wait actually his colleague then he came to serve us, and within 1 min in conversation he says sorry I have an appointment and I have to leave for that… who does that way, if you have an appointment you should know before you start with any new customer, if you have started than you should have continued…. What Jeremy has to offer sorry that you you can feel he doesn’t mean it …nA big NO for this branch

I can confidently say that Lindsey is the best manager I’ve encountered at any branch. From the moment I walk in, she makes sure I feel valued and heard. Very nice staff but never enough of them. I get they’re dealing with money, but with a long line every single time I’m at this branch you’d think they’d service with a bit more urgency. There is always one teller, two at the most. And there is always a slow moving long. But then there are multiple people behind the counter. Maybe more tellers but no matter the time of day or day of the week there’s one teller and a line of minimum five people and staff just walking around. A bank transaction that could take 5 minutes is taking 25 because of slow service and not enough staff.

This location does not deserve a star rating. The location needs to be audited for integrity, professionalism and standard of service. Ms. Sharma - has no professional code of conduct.
