RBC Royal Bank

I visited this branch out of emergency. RBC phone system wasn't working and just hang up on me. I went without an appointment so I was prepared myself to wait for a long time.nBut a teller, Asian young lady, was so helpful. She checked availability and sent email I need to see. While I was waiting she was checking on me multiple times, but waiting time was less than 5 min. An advisor came out and service me. The advisor was very nice and helpful, as well. I accomplished more than I needed originally.nI appreciated so much for the teller for extraordinal professionalism and customer service. Also, the advisor who were very nice and helpful.

Such a stupid staff at this branch mostly of the tellers are chit chatting no respect for time. Staff does not know how to do their job. Worst branch ever.

RBC, including this one on Dixie Road, continues to be Canada’s largest funder of climate chaos causing fossil fuels. Renewable energy is the future. RBC is stuck in the past.

FRAUD!nThey are worst people to deal withnSpecially account manager Amrinder Knooer. At first they came begging to switch account form another bank to RBC. when we did they started giving us hard time.neven they received our my money from customer and never accept and sent it back without informing anyone. when asked about the confirmation many times they were never provided any proof. BE CAREFUL WHEN THEY COME TO YOU TO SWITCH ACCOUNTS.

The most badly managed branch of RBC I have been to. There are a total of 3 employees that are pleasant to deal with, the rest make it look like they are doing you a favor. Slow lazy and useless.
