Worst service ever, I usually come to this came to the bank to make cash payments to my credit card cause I work next door. I always had pleasant service. Went September 26th out of nowhere this new teller is telling me it is not possible to make cash payments to my credit card as per new policy it was back and forth when I tried explaining I usually make payments. Even showed from my statement on Monday I made a cash payment. Keeping in mind I am not even trying to make a big payment just $200 towards my credit card balance which is ridiculous and ofcourse the manager is not ready to come out right away I choose to leave cause there was a line up of 5 people behind who's waiting on just 2 tellers at 11am at this bank with one teller being a new teller. Never seen him before I come here regularly every week.

Long lines, this branch needs more staff! It's only open weekdays from 9.30 am to 5 pm 2 ATMs. Parking. Wheelchair access. TorontoLocalGuide review.

his service is horrible the worst bank in Canada came to exchange a check, arrive 4:30 and the place was closedAlthough according to their schedule they close at 5 Friday closes at 6 o'clock, so I think it's a pleasant disrespect for those of us who work and we can't get there at an earlier time.

1 starnWorst banking experience ever. This branch makes it unnecessarily difficult to withdraw or deposit your own money. The staff are unhelpful, dismissive, and act like they’re doing you a favour by simply assisting. They clearly don’t follow RBC’s own policies and show no interest in customer service. If you value your time or money, avoid this location. I’ve already filed a formal complaint and will be switching branches. RBC should seriously look into how this branch is operating.

The branch manager really is no help and stereotypes labour working people. Didn't even bring up my account and told me there's nothing she can do about my situation. This branch made me decide to switch banks. Rbc is horrible these days entitled desk jockeys
