Worst experience at a bank EVER. They refused to allow me to deposit money in my 95 year old mother's bank account, as she is unable to go to the bank herself. What terrible service!

This branch functioned well when it opened, but the service has now deteriorated to an unacceptable level.  Wednesday just after 1 pm, the lineup was nearly to the door.  There were 2 tellers working and a third  person was  "a greeter".  There was no one else in sight. And this was certainly not the first time that I have experienced this frustration.  I think it may be time to start looking for another branch.

Extremely long wait times but staff are amazing. I guess you have to work with what you have.

There were only one teller, average waiting is about 20 mins.
