Used the atm here to withdraw from payoneer. However a fee was charged that is not charged at a PC atm.

Their new ABM machine accepts and counts cash all by itself. But there's still a 10 day hold when you deposit CASH?!?! Are you serious? This place is a joke.

The Staff did not seem to know what they were doing, a quick withdrawal took over 20 minutes. They said their system was not working... scary thought... I took out money and they said it was not showing up on their end. This should just not happen at a BANK like BMO. I have used many other locations and they have always been great. This is the first bad experience I have had with BMO. I will avoid this branch in the future.
