TD Canada Trust

My fiance and I just moved to Whitby and this was our first trip to this TD bank location. I have banked with TD for 15 years but I have never received such amazing customer service. The advisors and the tellers were amazing, friendly, inviting and supportive. I couldn't be happier to be moving into a neighbourhood with such amazing people.

Horrible customer service. Should be zero stars not even one. The teller didn't know how to handle small business account withdrawals when account needs 2 signatures. Went to the manager who also didn't seem to know so the manager made up a 'policy' on the fly just to avoid providing a reasonable service. This isn't the first time she's done it either. Zero common sense, logic and desire to help. I will never go into that branch again. Go to the branch on 80 Thickson South instead - much better service and people are actually looking to help you there. They looked after me within 5 minutes without any hassle.

I have never received such horrible customer service from any branch of any bank I've ever dealt with. The leadership here is atrocious, the customer service is non existent and the management is just rude. Not just one experience either it's been so often that I've stopped going to this branch all together and instead driving further to the thickson branch for better service but after today's horrible episode I'm just closing all TD accounts. Someone please shut this branch down it's costing your bank customers.

The teller was rude, insinuated I am a liar and did not know when I opened my own account, they would not let me withdraw my own money from my own account, tried to sell me a bank draft, and then told me to deal with it. So yeah the worst customer experience I have ever had at a bank and will probably be closing my account as I cannot access my money when I want/need it. The only good thing was being sent a survey so that I could tell them how terrible the service was.

Service is OK. I rate a 3 because Location , visibility and parking isn't the greatest. I always try to go to another TD to avoid this Branch. Long line ups and the accessibility.
