2nd Home Suites

Lived there 4-5 years. In that time went through 5 different property managers. coming to the last one guy named Mel Keble will follow you around and harass you until the point you have to tell him tolerate you alone. Head office has to be one of the most disorganized unprofessional buisness in Saskatchewan. They do not care about they're tenant all they care about is there money and themselves. I highly recommend not staying at any of there properties there prices are way to high to live ... They will hidden fee charge you for parking spaces and the use of of washer and dryers. And also if you're trying to get your damage deposit back good look cause they'll will push to the end of the 10 day period then have it mailed out. So you will be waiting a good solid month to get it back.

This is a scam. They posted nice pics on kijiji of the available apartment for rent on 20 Spence St., but in reality, the apartment was totally different and ugly. The guy named Ali who showed it to me said that they post fake pics on purpose because "this is how you do business". Girls, don't go alone to view these apartments - can be very dangerous too. Thanks God I came with my boyfriend because this Ali just walked us into the "available" 1-apartment where were like 3 other guys! Just don't go alone

Rob was excellent to deal with a went out of his way to accommodate my request in very short notice. The suite has everything really is home away from home

Professional every step along the way. All of their places have character. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Regina or area.

Amazing executive suites. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to Regina for business or pleasure. Very easy to book as well.
