Jade and Rudie were more than amazing and what one should expect from servers. They took care of the one problem we had with out question and smiles around I will visit this establishment again just because of the service they provided.. thank you so much Rudie and Jade.

Nice staff, had a pint of their porter and it wasn’t bad. BBQ bacon burger was really plain. Two long pieces of bacon coming about 3” past the bun on both sides. Very sparse on the BBQ sauce. Honestly don’t remember there being much cheese on it. The majority of the hamburger was the huge slab of iceberg lettuce larger than the patty and bun. The white crunchy part of iceberg lettuce nonetheless. If I revisit this spot, I’d probably try something else other than the burgers.

After visiting a location near Tacoma, we were so excited to learn of this one at Clackamas. We gave it a shot tonight. I will say, the service was down right awful. Had our first visit to Ram been at this location, we probably would have never returned. Our server, Sarah brought drinks and took our order. That was the last we saw of her at our table. My well done burger arrived to the table with pink in the center, our drinks were never refilled and we sat waiting for our ticket for about 20 mins. We asked the hostess for a manager and Tracy promptly came to the table and assisted. Tracy was amazing. I will say, Tracy and the deep fried pickle chips were the best part of our visit tonight. With that said, we will return and give the Ram another shot.

Management went above and beyond when our ordered was placed wrong. Give my boyfriend a new steak and a coupon for a free dessert. Also, best veggie burger-impossible burger!

One of the best burgers I have had! Place was recommended and I was not disappointed. I had the turkey burger and substituted the fries for the house salad. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Great beer selection and they let you sample! Besides burgers, their menu has sandwiches, soups, salads, tacos, etc. All home made. One of my friends had the Mac and Cheese and added veggies and chicken to it. She was pleased. My other friend had fish and chips. Highly recommended. Prices were affordable too. Would definitely go again.
