The food is AWFUL!!! We started with "loaded" tater tots with cheese bacon and green onion. They were barely warm  not much cheese a couple bacon crumbs and a small sprinkle of green onion. Then we ordered a cheeseburger for our 12 year old son and we ordered the mac n cheese with chicken breast and bacon. When the waiter brought it out he brought a kids cheeseburger with cold fries scattered across the plate and a kids mac and cheese. We weren't offered condiments for the cheeseburger and returned the mac n cheese. We had to go find ketchup since we couldn't find any servers to bring us some. Next time we will not be eating here. We will have a nice dinner elsewhere before enjoying drinks and games. 👎👎👎

I absolutely love going here it's like a casino but you don't lose! However I think the prices are a little high for gaming chips I'll have to start going on Wednesdays when Wednesdays are half off games that it's a fun place to go good food good drinks.

I want start off by saying we waited a long time to get our food (1.5hours) but the manager (I believe his name was Chris) promptly apologized for the long delay and reasonably compensated us for our wait, plus our server was on top of things. All of that aside Dave and Busters is great fun for the whole family, I am a reasonable person and understand service industry is hard, but the willingness to admit that you are having a problem and are trying to fix it while taking care of your customer by comping meals or adding play time is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back with my family and I’m sure it will be a lot more expedited than the time I posted this review.

Staff was friendly (except the hostess). The wait for a table was an hour but at least they had some okay games to play while waiting. We got to our table and ordered our appetizers first (because we were hungry) and then placed our drink and food order. It took about an hour for the appetizers and they were cold. The cocktail plates were warmer than the food. We mentioned it to our server she asked if we wanted them remade. I declined because the cold ones took an hour and I didn't want them after our food. She quickly went went back and had them "comped" saying that she's supposed to pull them but left them for us to munch on.  Our food arrived minutes later and it was also below safe temperature but not cold. The fries followed and they were hot at least.  It was our first time here and we won't bother coming back.

Lots of fun games and good drinks to enjoy with small or large groups. Service is pretty good for the amount of people to work with. Loud environment so don't come for small talk.
