Been 5 times now. Generally have had good experiences. Service was good the first 4 times. Food is always good. The last time I went though our waiter dropped a plate on my foot, and didn't bother to ask if it hit me or if I was ok. I think he just figured his chances of a good tip went out the window then because service went down hill from there. Food was still good though.

Pleasantly surprised by how delicious their Red Ale is.  I had this with one of their steaks and potatoes cakes.  Quite good and made fantastic left overs.  HUGE portions and top knot has quality.  Venue is classic lodg with sports TVs that are available without becoming intrusive or distracting (I will gladly blacklist a venue based on TV presence alone...). 

Servers are SUPER friendly and engendered a feel of family/friends quite quickly.  Unfortunately they also lose a star in this category as I had to remind them of things they were supposed to bring me (napkins, refills, butter).  I will definitely be back (even to just enjoy another of their reds...). Pretty dark inside for pictures of food items...

This is an awesome place to go for lunch or dinner, just make sure you are hungry. The portions are huge and the prices are fair. Their deserts are huge as well. We went and had emediate seating in the outside covered and heated area. The place is clean and the staff is always very friendly. This place can be very busy so there are times you will have to wait, unless you sit in the outside area or at the bar.

AMAZING customer service! Our waiter's name was Kyle and he serviced our table when it was needed. Wasn't excessive but always right at the table to fill up drinks or ask if we were doing ok. The customer service alone would bring us back but the food was even better! The fish tacos were the best I've had! My husband got the steak and he said it was cooked to perfection. We will be back soon and I'm bringing my extended family with me!

Good food & large portions in restaurant. Great happy hour menu. Be sure to lock & alarm your vehicles.
