Hot, fresh and never disappointing. Worth waiting for! Clam sauce with Myzithra a traditional favorite. I have also ordered food "to-go" many times, consistently delicious! Even had food catered for 250 for my daughter's wedding. A HUGE hit! Manager was extremely helpful with planning and ordering!

Tina and I had a wonderful, Easter lunch today. The food was wonderful, and the service was excellent! Our server, Andrew did a great job. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for an awesome experience.

Spaghetti Factory is kind of a baseline homey place to go for special occasions.
Especially on a Friday evening, you should expect a wait for seating. They quoted us an hour, but it took less than forty minutes.
I spent the time waiting in the bar which I found to be well stocked, and not too expensive with well-drinks at around $6 each. Service (in the bar) wasn't speedy, but it was obvious they were making drinks for the dining room.
Speaking for myself, everything on the menu is good, nothing on the menu is great. Tonight, our server was all about 'make sure there's enough'. We ordered four salads, he brought us five. We ordered four ice creams, he brought us six.
Still a good birthday experience for my daughter (she had the cheesecake with strawberry sauce for dessert and loved it). I certainly can't complain about the fact that we had six people, no one left hungry, and there were two 'premium' desserts all for just barely over a Ben Franklin before tip.

Awesome! Great food, great atmosphere, great service! The interior has many historical photo and decor. There is also a tram inside the dining area; quite romantic. I enjoyed their lunch menu where I have a choice of lunch size or dinner size. The price is quite reasonable. Highly recommend for an event, casual dining or even lunching alone. There are few vegetarian options.

The food was mediocre. I ordered gluten-free pasta with alfredo to go. When I got back to my hotel room I found croutons mixed in with the salad that came with my meal, and the pasta was literally just pasta with sauce on top (not mixed in with the noodles, so some noodles were dry). I didn't have the option to go back and get anything corrected, so I ate my noodles and realized that this is probably not somewhere I will eat again.
