Came here the other day for the first time, the pizza is delicious! So good. Whoever was helping me was so polite and sweet, a man and a woman. Got our pizza fast, hot and fresh. I then proceeded to ask an older lady with short hair (assuming the manager) for some side sauces to go with our pizza, she huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes and was so snappy to not only us but ALL other costumers that we could see as well. I would love to come back but not if that’s the kind of service that I am going to get.

Very good. Wish there were some other sauces to add on top like balsamic vinegar.

If there was a way to post zero stars, I would. In the pictures you will notice what looks like a tasty and very cheesy pizza. However, that white ooey-gooey goodness that resembles cheese is actually raw dough. Let me tell you of my experience: It started when we were asked if we wanted thin or thick crust. I said “thick” of course. (I mean who wouldn’t?) Unfortunately they failed to mention it is actually $1 more for thick crust. I felt they pulled a fast one by not bothering to mention...but fine. Whatever. My oversight. Strike one. Then I ordered the Margherita style with cilantro instead of basil. We had a pleasant side conversation about how much I love cilantro but evidently it was too confusing because the young lady still managed to pile a huge handle of basil on there anyway. Oh so whatever, I can live with that too...strike two. I proceeded to eat a very chewy and somewhat tasty pizza. Strangely enough, even when eaten by itself when pulled off the pizza, the cilantro has zero taste. Almost like it was freeze-dried and then reconstituted. I have no idea if that is true but just explaining what it tasted like. Regardless of all that, I can say with confidence that the cilantro was not fresh. Aside from all that, the biggest disappointment for me was when I realized the white chewiness I was experiencing was in fact RAW DOUGH. Therein lies my strike three. However, you do realize in baseball there is no strike four but those who know me quickly realize with any of my experiences there are typically many more strikes than what would be allowed in baseball. But I digress... The final strike for me was when I quietly and calmly walked to the front to speak with the manager. I was not looking for anything free or special but rather felt it was important for them to realize that if they are going to feed this “thick” crust to people that something in their process needs to change. Obviously you cannot feed people raw dough, for god sakes. Lord only knows what I’ll be dealing with in the next 18 hrs as it is! (Again I digress...) I spoke with him to ask of their process around thick crust and explained to him what I experienced. Not only did he give me the biggest pile of BS as an answer, he didn’t so much as offer me a 10% off my next purchase coupon for my troubles. I find that offensive since there are 5 of us here and he just lost our business (along with hopefully everyone who reads this.) We will now be only going to Mod Pizza and I recommend you do the same. Tell your friends. My apologies for the lengthy review but I am sharing this as a health concern above anything else and secondly the lack of professionalism in this place. I just think there are many ways to make this a better place and they do not seem to want to take anyone’s advice. Beware. You’ve been warned. Mod Pizza, here we come.
