Food isn't bad, it's okay. Waiting 45 minutes for service when the bar/restaurant isn't busy is a little ridiculous to me. He brought me my food and never checked back in with me.

This place is 'okay'. It wasn't until we were halfway done when another table was seated, a lot of space but very empty. This gave me the feeling the staff was bored and had more time to chat, which was easy to overhear. My pork medallions were not circular like implied, rather strips instead. They tasted okay but the consistency of the sauce was off, and the portion was small for the price. Oddly one thing I immediately noticed was anything relatively liquid they brought out was overflowing. Literally filled to the brim on soup and drinks, but instead of me thinking it was generous it felt messy, it was spilling out. My favorite part was the ice cream though, no complaints about Tillamook.

Just letting you guys know that if you go into sam's restaurant & lounge mona and expect to enjoy a fine dinner, you've clearly gone to the wrong place . I decided to give this place a try dispite their terrible reviews. Please don't order their ravioli unless you bring a packet full of napkins to distill away there two cups full of oil on this plate . Not to mention that they claimed their mac and cheese was homemade, and upon the arrival of this plate my niece received a plate full of microble mac and cheese, from kraft company. They also couldn't manage to put together a salad as we found various pieces of lettuce and radishes that were well over their date of being consumable. Their chicken pot pie was distasteful as it tasted like a purée rather than a smooth buttery cream sauce. Despite their terrible food their service was excellent, as our waiter and busier had good customer service.
