Rick was great! I was planning to buy a TV that I had in mind from Amazon, but decided to check the local store since my wife is all about supporting local businesses. He matched Amazon's price, provided free delivery and then went beyond by taking away my old TV for recycling. Bestbuy or Amazon wouldn't had done that. Can't argue with that level of service! I'll likely return for a sound system vice ordering online. Very happy with my Sansung S95B!
One of my favorite AV/HiFi shops around. If one is going to spend the money - being able to compare products in person is invaluable. I live on the mainland but will stop by this shop anytime I’m in town. They really care about building a loyal customer who will want to return. Shop with confidence.
Really happy with my buying experiences here. I pop in semi-regularly to check out their consignment section. They've always been friendly and willing to help even when I'm just browsing. My recent turntable purchase was great. They were having their annual event with all the brand representatives on site. I enjoyed a complete demo highlighting all the tables I was considering. I picked up my new technics table the next day after it had been professionally setup and tested. Definitely have your table setup by a professional if you aren't 100% confident. I would not hesitate to suggest Atlas for their service and selection of audio gear.
Just wanted to say that the whole experience of buying a tv and having it installed was excellent, and I particularly want to praise Dane who installed our tv. Before he left he made sure everything was set up and explained the how to's very thoroughly for our non-technical brains. The price was very competitive as well.
Super knowledgeable, matches any big box store prices, lots of demo equipment to experience before buying. Would recommend!!

Atlas is a great local business and I encourage anyone in the market for audio and video gear to stop by here first instead of the big box chains. Wonderful, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff shoutout to Rick, and installers Dane and Nico. They have an excellent selection of quality products at the best prices. I've purchased gear and had two TV wall installations, and have been wholly satisfied.
Went in first time ever with a friend to check out headphones and the staff and customers hanging around looked me up and down abs made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Not my cup of tea never again.
For reasons unknown, I was having sound problems with my TV. Although the purchase & installation was 3 years ago, the service on the phone by Austin was 5 star and when the problem couldn't be solved, a service call was booked for the next day. The tech I apologize for not remembering his name, was very courteous and within minutes, had the problem was solved. Surprisingly, I was told that the installation was still under extended warranty and there was no charge. When you deal with a reputable company such as Atlas Audio Video, you are assured of quality service.
