Rainbow Chinese Restaurant

Everything arrived fresh and hot. The portion sizes looked normal to me, not sure what others are complaining about. We ordered 7 different items and they were all delicious. Will become a new go to place!

First time trying this place and so happy I did!! I usually went to Maygold years ago when they were actually decent but over the last few years the food and service has been terrible! Rainbow is the best Chinese food I've found on the south end oh the island. Food was fresh and not greasy like most places! Very good flavor and very friendly staff will only order from here now on

I have lived in Victoria for 40 yrs. I must say, this Chinese food experience was the most enjoyable I have had in Victoria. Ever! The food was fresh, the seasonings were superb. and not greasy in the slightest way. I just had to give a review. Thank you for a wonderful dinner, my hat is off to the Chef

We chose to order dinner from Rainbow Chinese Restaurant last night based on recommendations from friends and we were extremely impressed! The food was delivered piping hot and quickly! This place has the best Chinese food we have had in quite some time! Seriously, we were very impressed and will definitely order again! Well done Rainbow Chinese!

Food was delicious! We got some combos & egg rolls, reasonably priced and more than enough food! new favourite place!

The best takeout Chinese food in and around Victoria in my opinion. Prices are fair and service is fast, can't ask for much more.Food: 5/5

This is a very under rated gem. Food is excellent - NEVER had a disappointing order - their crispy noodles - all versions are my favourite, diced chicken Or kung po chicken also great Again order anything - totally yum

Picked up a combo plate and spring rolls to share and found it to be plenty of food, well priced, and freshly made. Chicken chow mein was tasty, not too greasy, and was plentiful. The chicken balls were nice and crispy and not over battered, but there were only four smaller balls. The beef dish was tasty but again I felt there was too little on the plate. Great food, but perhaps a rebalancing of the plate is needed?

Ordered meal for 2, chicken chow main, beef brocolli and sweet and sour pork, with spring rolls, and honestly it is almost half empty, when u drop $$55 on Chinese food at least it's hould arrive full. Never ordering from this place again.

Great food and a reasonable time frame for pick up. Will order from here again.Food: 5/5
