Quick to make food, but there is a lot of flavourful sauce and it’s very spicy. I picked the lowest heat level mild and it was quite spicy for a ‘mild’ dish. There was enough sauce that I could have taken the bowl home, added rice and have gotten 2 more meals out of it.
If you are in a hurry, you may be prepared to wait long. We waited 45 minutes for the noodle. As a result, I was late for my work meeting. My husband ordered the Singaporean noodle vegetarian.We are vegetarians. He ended up finding shrimps in his box. They might be under staffed due to the ongoing pandemic. There were only two employees working here. One person was cooking. There were more than 15 people eating or waiting to eat there. The food is tasty though, but the wait and shrimps in the noodle made me hesitate to go back. Maybe it's just the staff shortage? Nice ambience. The place looks clean.
We've been going to noodlebox for many years and have enjoyed it. Tonight the food they served us was so spicy that we couldn't eat it and they wouldn't make it right. You just lost a customer.Food: 1/5
Food was really good. I tried Bombay Mac must try it . Staff is really good. Also I took about 4 meals home and they were also good .
A great place with amazing food and ambiance. Absolutely loved the vibe of this place. The staff is very friendly and kind. A must visit if you are looking for delicious food.
If I could give this place zero stars today I would. We ordered noodle box for lunch today from this location, not even half way through eating my co-worker found metal wire in hers, I wouldn’t have believed it if I wasn’t there. I called to tell them what happened and I got “it happens”, they were supposed to call back and still no call back to this point. This is so dangerous, had my co-worker eaten this without looking it would’ve been a disaster. Please be careful when ordering from here, if you do, this is NOT okay!!!! We will not be ordering from here again!
Not good. First, all three meals were drenched in sauce. Like can’t even eat it strong. My 3 year old got the kids bowl, they can’t eat a box full of teriyaki sauce. Then the spice was absolutely crazy. We got got one mild one medium. Both tasted the same, so spicy we couldn’t eat it.
The spot is nice and casual an excellent service, very quick, the staff is friendly and helpful. Noodles are very yummy, and portion of food is fulfilling. There are many good options on the menu including veggie selections with top notch fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed my noodlebox. Thanks guys, made my day better.

With their wide variety of options and attentive service, it's a must-visit for all vegetarian food lovers!
Brought our high school group here for dinner and everyone loved it. Healthy, delicious noodle/rice box option with zucchini noodles as a choice. Friendly and helpful staff with fast service. Trust their recommendation on spicy level. They run on the spicy side.
