I’m happy to see some positive reviews for this place however my experience is consistently poor. It seems they never miss a chance to disappoint, take today for instance: getting help from a knowledgeable person was a side quest I didn’t ask for, told he should be here soon as he starts at 8… it was 10 past, aisles blocked with carts, product boxes and no one in sight, missing barcode requiring me to walk back from the cash and get another…And the usual high prices, hand written stickers, and a general shopping experience that makes me regret not driving another 5km to Home Depot. Pro tip: anyone with grey hair in this RONA is the person you should talk to.

Really nice and helpful. Nice public bathroom. Self serve at cash. Clerks really good at using code you bring in from internet to find the product you need to improve your life.

This has the be the worst Rona+ in the Montreal area. The pro service is so incompetent, it's unreal. I'm a general contractor that has been going to this one in NDG for the past 4 months, spending close to $20000 in material. I once placed an order for delivery and it never came after my employees were waiting all day. They never answered the phone and I had to drive there to find out that the lady who took my order, never placed it in the delivery system:nThen I placed another order for delivery a few weeks later, being promised it would arrive before 12pm cause of my Pro account. This time it was late, arriving at 2pm with no phone call.n2 days ago, after telling and showing the Pro desk cashier my email of 5% +5% offer on my purchase, I realized when walking away that she didn't apply the +5%. The other cashier asked what was wrong and I explained that I want the extra 5%. She tells me to bring back everything for a refund and then repurchase for the 10%.nI don't see how I need to waste my time for her mistake. She just had to give me the lousy $18.18. But to make it worse, she tells me as I'm leaving to show the email next time before ordering, which is EXACTLY what I did do. Instead of accepting their mistake, she blames me. Very unprofessional and insulting.

Store is not busy, staff are helpful. Went there for vinyl clic flooring 20ml thickness around 2.80$/square foot. Good quality

They have all the thing you needed
