Today I went to this hardware store in the late afternoon, in freezing weather, and the store was completely empty.nnI needed a simple washer for a toilet. In the plumbing section, there was a man around 60 years old with glasses, sitting there and doing almost nothing. I showed him a photo/video of the washer I needed. He told me that I couldn’t buy the seal alone and that I had to buy the full flush kit, and told me to go find it myself. He didn’t even stand up to help or show me where to go.nnI picked up a package and showed it to him and asked if this was the correct one. He said yes. I asked several times to confirm, and each time he said yes.nnWhen I got home, I realized he sold me a completely different part that I don’t need. Now I have to go back to the store just to return it. I ended up buying the correct sealing online from Amazon instead.nnIf an employee is sitting idle in the plumbing section, I honestly wonder what his role is. No help, wrong advice, and a complete waste of time.

Nice staff, helpfull. Small store so not always going to have what you need, but staff will try to refer you to someone that does.

If your a contractor or home renovation specialist this is the best place everyone is knowledgeable and can direct you in the right direction

I order something I didn't receive the stuff I supposed to get and now I have problem to get my money back so the store is not so good so I have to do a chargeback on my credit card
