RONA Centre du bricoleur Lachine (Notre-Dame)

Asked for assistance for a new spout on my kitchen sink, was told I didn’t need to keep the part I had brought in and that the one recommended was universal. Neither were true. The lineup at the cash was short but took at long time. The part not only required pieces from my old part -which I was glad I followed my instincts and keep- but was not universal and did not fit on my tap. I had my receipt so tried to return it at another Rona- but the bigger Rona’s don’t carry that brand so I wasn’t even able to do that. Personally I won’t return to this store but I’m giving it 3 stars for its location for the locals living in the area to have a place to go on foot

I was shocked to see how well this little rona was maintained and run by staff. What an amazing experience to not only be greeted by friendly and helpful staff, but that everything you needed is packed into this store. You don't need a huge box store to look for hardware needs, this store has it all.. and with a smile .

Very nice place have most what you need for your renovation employee are nice and help you with all your need Very busy spot prices are awesome Clean and quiet place, exist since long time And love to go buy from there.

Went back to return something, and had no issue, service was good. I was also able to find everything I needed.

The staff is very helpful and informative. They are very well stocked for such a small location.

Their google profile needs to be updated. Their employees are not wearing masks, and while I was told on the phone that curbside pick-up would be available, I was forced to go inside because nobody answered the phone, and then found that nobody knew where my order was, and I would have to wait inside the store twice once at service, once at the cash, despite the employee on the phone telling me they'd bring out an interac terminal. This obviously negates the purpose of a curbside pick-up. And, just to add insult to injury, one of the employees coughed directly on my shoulder while I was waiting at the service desk. No mask, and no attempt to cover his mouth, and less than a foot away. Thanks Rona, great shopping experience, I'll be going to Home Depot from now on.

Paint guys were really nice,the cashier seemed miserable though..

They have everything that you could want. Very good and friendly service
