Quarry Coffee & Café was established November 2006 by Chef Scott Mattfeld, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Scott has worked in many five- star hotels and resorts, including Milwaukee’s Potawatomi Casino. He has also been manager of several restaurants throughout his career. He has three children and in his spare time he loves to hunt, go hiking, play softball, and spend time with his children. Oh, and yes, cooking is a favorite past-time, too.
Quarry Coffee & Café specializes in, gourmet coffees, Cha Cha teas, fresh homemade bakery items, and unique sandwiches. Box lunches and large group servings are available. Quarry Coffee & Café also offers cooking classes, book club evenings, coffee cupping’s, wine tastings and specialty dinners. Come sit, relax and enjoy all we have to offer for your coffee pleasure!
