Very friendly! I had a drink made at the Sussex location that wasn't very good before heading to Germantown to shop. I called this location and spoke with Janet. She told me that they would remake my drink. Very nice people and the drink tasted great!

Drinks are obviously great but the service is amazing. Staff is some of the friendliest I’ve encountered. Definitely stop here.

Worst place ever.  Mobile order sign was located at pickup bar.  They placed my "mobile order" behind the bar without posting the location.  They were busy;  I waited 20 minutes!!!!!!!   Finally got the drink with a very flippant "sorry 'bout that".  Cold drink was warm, extra hot drink was also warm. Talk about horrid service.  Never ever again.   Avoid this place like the plague!  Makes me wonder why I'm wasting my time and money at this company at all.......

This is a nice Starbucks. I've never had any real issues here and everyone I've interacted with has been very pleasant.
