Starbucks

I love Starbucks coffee. Its disappointing that I had more bad coffees that taste burnt and watered down than the standard Starbucks coffee. Ever since this location opened across the street I had bad experiences. Please train your new staff to not burn my latte's. I had different kinds and its not getting any better. Sorry to create a bad review. If I see a change I will change my rating. I always order via mobile.

It seems like this new location was made just to add a drive-thru and disregard anyone that wants to actually come inside. - There is VERY limited parking. - There is no way to exit the parking lot without going through the drive-thru or reversing how you came in. - The inside is very small and cramped. - The interior lights blind you (see picture). Overall this new location just isn't warm and inviting like the old location was. I used to go to the old location with my girlfriend quite often to get coffee and talk. We came to this new location once when it opened and again recently to see if they fixed any of the issues. Nothing changed. We have no intention to come to this Starbucks in the future.

I have yet to place a mobile order at this new location and find it ready when I arrive, despite allowing the stated time to elapse beforehand. I am always placing orders before 730 on a weekend, not exactly a busy time. I order a grande coffee with splash of cream, not a complicated order. Additionally, >50% of the time, there is either no cream or a bucket of cream in my coffee. I highly suggest a review of how you are processing mobile orders at this location.

I have been coming here for many years for my morning and sometimes afternoon coffee. I have gotten to know the staff and many of them have been there a long time. It can get busy as expected in the morning but they keep up well. They make my drinks the way I like them. No complaints here!

I attempted to use the app on my phone to place a large order for my department at work, but the app wouldn't work. I called into this location over the phone and at first they refused to take my order, but then they very reluctantly let me place it. When I arrived to pick up my order, two of the staff members were complaining about the ordeal without realizing that I was standing there and able to hear. Everyone was very difficult, the credit card machine wouldn't take my chip card because it was a company card without a pin, the entire experience was less than positive. I'm writing this review now having returned to work, and I'm being told by coworkers that the blended drinks are warm/room temperature and half melted. It's almost as if my entire order was made poorly out of spite. I will avoid using this Starbucks in the future if possible. I did not feel welcome or appreciated. We place large orders for entire teams on a regular basis, and moving forward I will encourage the company to get coffee elsewhere.
