Staff noticed me but were too busy cutting bread and walking around to assist me.   I noticed I was shorted on my order when I got to work.  Manager claimed she had no way to do a partial refund and asked me to COME IN to get my cream cheese.  Finally I was told I'd get a voucher via mail.  Check your order before you leave, or better yet, don't go.

never have i ever experienced such a horrible experience then this location. POOR FOOD, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR TIME MANAGEMENT. I will never use this location ever again. If you ever get delivery expect AT LEAST an hour for it to arrive WITH it being luke warm as well! if that is what you're looking for, then this is your place! Attached to my review is an image i took directly after i received my food! not appealing, was not good, and mild temperature!

I had placed an order online and when it finally arrived, I checked the order and they forgot a salad. The delivery driver was already gone before I could catch him. When I called and spoke with the store manager, I was told they will deliver the salad and place extra bakery in the bag. Not only did they do this, they also supplied some cookies and more bread then expected. It was very nice of them and I appreciate them taking the time to do this. I love their food and am very pleased with the service provided even after a small mishap. Thanks! :D

I absolutely love Panera. I can't express enough how amazing it is that none of their soups contain MSG. From someone with a food allergy to MSG, it is so flavorful and delicious even without it! The service here is wonderful, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Love Panera. 5 stars +++++ 😊

Love this place. Very clean and great food. Sometimes they forgot things in the order though. I've gotten home from picking up a few times to find I'm missing something they forgot. Other than that, great!
