After the meal, Staff left me alone to do my phone texting with my friends. Very happy place to just hang out sipping my hot beverage....just very relaxing & meditative...away from the hustle & bustle morning shovelling out the snow in our very cold wintry weather. Nice to escape & chill by the warm fire place & sunny window....listening to fun easy to listen 🎶 Just what I really need to relax...& not having a schedule for the rest of the day

Every time I go, they are quick, friendly, and my order is correct. However I went through the drive through to get a salad before class and ordered no nuts due to a severe allergy. One of my jobs is in the restaurant industry as well so I’m totally understanding as far as mistakes happening from time to time and never call if it’s something that doesn’t have to do with nuts. But since I literally couldn’t eat this and was going to be starving by the time class ended, I called and explained what happened, just simply hoping to get a new one quick after class ended. The person on the phone was SO friendly and apologetic and offered me more than what I asked for to make up for it. I went back to get my salad after class, thanked her for everything she offered me (bakery item and a smoothie) and told her to keep the extras for herself or a coworker. I have no doubt that anyone I would have talked to would’ve been just as friendly.

Always the best! Great service and food is on point. This location saved us from never going to Panera again after all the horrible experiences at Delafield. Always accurate, hot, and delicious.

I wish I could post a picture on here. I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich with extra peppadew peppers and extra cucumbers. I got 1.5 cucumber slices split between one full sandwich chopped in little pieces. And 3 tomato slices. And 3 lettuce leafs. And ZERO onions. With lots of peppadews. I feel like I am eating spicy bread right now, let alone a veggie sandwich. This was my dinner. A quick stop because I have no groceries and was short on time. It's pathetic how someone would actually give this to a customer paying $7 for a sandwich and not care at all, especially when it's the manager (found out her name was Sara) who made it! 1/3/17 8:30pm. Update: Another manager this morning said he would give me a free you-pick-two coupon in the mail. I have changed my rating. Much better in customer service than the other younger female manager from last night....

I love Panera, this location in Pewaukee had extremely friendly and helpful employees. The food was delicious as usual and the facility was very well kept up.
