Starbucks

So I’m pretty displeased with my experience and service I received this morning when I tried to call in a coffee order to pick up (which I’ve never had a problem doing in the past) but the gentlemen I spoke to said due to the mobile app they don’t take orders over the phone and was very rude when I tried to explain I’ve done this before. Very unhappy.. so I had to skip my morning coffee and we all know what happens then. Sorry I don’t use/type on my phone while I’m driving.. not happy.

This Starbucks is the only one on the way to work. I wish it was not. Although staff are very friendly, they are extremely slow to prepare my order 8 out of 10 times. I live in the area so have gone to this location on the weekend and unfortunately received even slower service. There is a particular female staff member who is responsible for preparing drinks, however this really should not be her role as she moves extremely slow. If she is in this role, there should be a back up helper for busier times. Unfortunately the other staff seem to sit and watch her as she moves like a turtle!

I had a terrible experience here as a STARBUCKS EMPLOYEE. The cashier was terribly rude when we made a mistake on mobile orders and didn’t even want to fix it until I cleared up that as a partner it is Starbucks standard to make the customer happy. Will be going to management about the whole thing.

This location is so frustrating. 30% of the time the blonde rosst is out. Hello your a coffee store your main job is to keep fresh brewed coffee ready.

The young lady that waited on me was friendly and presented herself very nicely. Made a great drink! !!
